広告非表示サブスクリプション利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、「[アプリ名]」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の広告非表示サブスクリプション（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。

第1条（サービス内容）

本サービスは、本アプリ内で表示される広告を非表示にする有料サブスクリプションサービスです。

第2条（利用料金および支払い）

1. 本サービスの料金は、月額[金額]円、半年[金額]円、または年額[金額]円（税込）です。

2. お支払いは、ユーザーが利用するApp Store、RevenueCatの決済システムを通じて行われます。

3. 料金は事前にお支払いいただき、期間中の途中解約に伴う返金は行いません。

第3条（契約期間および自動更新）

1. 本サービスは契約期間満了日の24時間前までに解約されない限り、自動的に更新されます。

2. 自動更新時には、契約時と同一の条件で料金が課金されます。

第4条（解約）

1. 解約は、ユーザー自身がApp Storeのアカウント設定より行う必要があります。

2. アプリ内から解約はできません。

第5条（免責事項）

1. 本サービスの提供において、システム障害、通信不具合、その他やむを得ない事情により一時的に広告が表示される場合がありますが、その場合も返金は行いません。

2. 本サービスは広告を非表示にする機能のみを提供し、アプリのその他機能に影響を与えるものではありません。

第6条（規約の変更）

本規約は、当社が必要と判断した場合には、事前に通知することなく変更できるものとします。変更後は、アプリ内または公式サイトで告知し、告知後に引き続き利用された場合は、変更内容に同意したものとみなします。

 

Ad-Free Subscription Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the ad-free subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided in the "[App Name]" (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

Article 1 (Service Details)

The Service is a paid subscription that removes advertisements displayed within the App.

Article 2 (Fees and Payment)

1. The Service fees are [amount] USD per month, [amount] USD per 6 months, or [amount] USD per year (tax included).

2. Payments are processed through the App Store or RevenueCat payment systems.

3. All fees are charged in advance, and no refunds will be provided for cancellations made during the subscription period.

Article 3 (Subscription Period and Auto-Renewal)

1. Unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, the Service will automatically renew.

2. Upon renewal, the same fee and conditions as the initial subscription will apply.

Article 4 (Cancellation)

1. Cancellation must be completed by the user through their App Store account settings.

2. Cancellations cannot be made from within the App.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. Due to system failures, communication issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, advertisements may temporarily appear despite an active subscription. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

2. The Service only provides an ad-free experience and does not affect any other functions or features of the App.

Article 6 (Changes to These Terms)

These Terms may be modified without prior notice at our discretion. Any changes will be announced within the App or on the official website. Continued use of the Service after such announcement shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.
